Service Description
Schedule a one-on-one consultation with functional medicine doctor, Dr. William Love, to discuss your health concerns and receive a personalized health plan focusing on your overall wellness. This visit serves as the foundation of care and is focused on understanding your full health history, concerns, and priorities. This visit is 90 minutes and a deep-dive of your overall health including symptoms and issues and lifestyle will be reviewed, with no obligation to continue care (though recommendations and/or diagnostic testing may warrant additional follow up care after assessment). If this is your first time visiting Love Functional Medicine, please select this option. You will be directed to a separate & secure booking site to schedule your appointment. If ongoing care is chosen within the designated enrollment window following the initial consultation, the cost of this visit may be applied toward a monthly care subscription. Details are discussed at that time.

All intakes, scheduling and bookings are made through Healthie.com, a third-party secure and HIPAA compliant website. The button for booking is on the main page, under the Services tab. We ask that any rescheduling or cancellations go through Healthie.com to maintain privacy and security.
