Service Description

À la carte follow-ups are appropriate for patients who prefer periodic or targeted guidance rather than ongoing longitudinal care. This option is stand-alone without a monthly recurring membership fee. This session is up to 60 minutes in length. These visits include time spent together during the appointment only and do not include ongoing interpretation, care coordination, or communication between visits. If these are items you wish to include in your care, please select the membership package. Cancel anytime - there is no minimum monthly obligation. Availability for à la carte visits is limited as scheduling priority is given to patients enrolled in subscription-based care.
