This visit is appropriate for one focused concern, progress on an existing plan, limited results review, a focused medication or supplement discussion, or a minor plan adjustment. It is not appropriate for a new complex presentation, comprehensive results interpretation, several active concerns, major diagnostic reassessment, or extensive forms and documentation. Scheduling a 30-minute visit does not guarantee that multiple concerns can be addressed; when the requested scope exceeds the available time, remaining issues will be deferred or a 60-minute visit will be recommended. These visits include time spent together during the appointment only and do not include ongoing interpretation, care coordination, or communication between visits.
